Thermal Transfer Printing Systems
The thermal transfer and direct label printers offer high quality printing at high speed. Thanks to these small desktop printers any company can have the flexibility to print their own custom labels when, and in the quantity they need. With our labeling software you can design and print your labels on any of these printers.
General Characteristics of Thermal Transfer Printers
The print heads have a row of heating elements (dots) that heat and cool quickly. When they are hot, the ink ribbon is transferred to the labels (thermal transfer), and when using thermal labels the high temperature stimulates the direct thermal paper, the use of ribbon is not needed (direct heat). The resolution is the number of dots per inch.
We offer a wide range of models, from narrow-web units (for labels with reduced width) to wider-web (for wide labels) for a greater flexibility. Among other features are:

Other Models and Options
In addition to the standard features of the printer, you can choose various options, such as cutting blades, rewinders, additional memory, real-time clock, RFID and others. Make sure you ask for the options you want when you make your order because some options can only come factory built or there may be additional costs if you want to install options later on.
