Compactline Cube Coding Systems
Simplified version of CompactLine 3.0, it gives you the possibility to enjoy the features of the CL3.0 at a very attractive price. It has one limitation, it can only have up to 2 print heads for a 25mm print height.
Cube Description
The thermal inkjet coder Cube is a new concept with TIJ technology wich allows printheads for Hewlett Packard® and Lexmark™ cartridges or even for Trident. This system is fast, clean and yet exceptionally compact and can be integrated into any production process. The system is equipped with highly developed PC technology thanks to which it codes smooth, absorbent products extremely quickly and cleanly. Through a touchpad print jobs and parameters can be entered easily.
This system can print, for example, product specifications, quantity data, expiry dates, barcodes, serial numbers or GS1 compliant Datamatrix ECC200 code in brilliant resolution up to 600 dpi with HP® or 900dpi with Lexmark™ cartridges.
In addition to the Compactline Cube SL, which has been described in the previous paragraphs, the XL version is also available which is a fully equipped version of the Cube. It offers a number of additional options, for example more extensive representation of codes, access to removed directories (in the network for example), password levels and a database, as well as an interface function.
The main advantages of these systems are:
- Layout creation direct on device via touchscreen;
- Control of 1 or 2 HP®, Lexmark™ or Trident printheads;
- Maximum writing height 12.5mm or 25mm with two print heads or 200mm with Trident;
- Windows-based, state-of-the-art PC technology;
- Compactline Cube XL offers all common interfaces for connection to external databases;
- Very compact, can be integrated into any production line;
- Flexible installation options due to rotary holder (can be used as a bench top unit or fixed to the production line);
- Central ink supply (350 ml or 1000 ml) optionally available;
- Any desired text memory size;
